The show kicked off with a recap of the previous episode's performances and the introduction of judges. The remaining 8 acts then performed with music icon Pepe Smith in a number featuring OPM hits "Mga Kababayan Ko" (Francis M.), "Salidumay" (Grace Nono), "Urong Sulong" (Regine Velasquez), "Rock Baby Rock" (VST & Company), "Titser's Enemy Number 1" (Giniling Festival), and "Balong Malalim" (Juan dela Cruz Band).
After a short commercial break, the finalists were back on stage with their mentors and waited for host KC Concepcion to reveal the results of the overnight text voting. KC then announced the following as safe: KZ Tandingan, Daddy's Home, Jeric Medina, Kedebon, Allen Jane Sta. Maria, and Gabriel Maturan.
Once again, Takeoff from the Groups category and Joan Da, the last representative of the Over 25's category, found themselves in the Bottom 2.
For their survival performances, Joan Da showcased her own version of Bruno Mars' smash hit "Grenade" while Takeoff did their rendition of Ogie Alcasid's "Sa Kanya."
Who did the judges eliminate? Noone. It was another deadlock as they were divided again. When the results of the text votes were revealed, they showed that Take Off received the lowest number of votes and were, therefore, sent home. The group was the fifth to say goodbye to the competition since the live shows started.
